The thing I hate is that when they do that, the Post Office add on £1 charge so in actual fact that postage was under paid by 16p!
Now its even more annoying lolWealth is not measured by currency0 -

Well I feel like I have fallen off wagon this week
I had an unproductive morning taking a statement off a witness who doesn't help our client's case at all - so when boss said shall we sit outside and have a tea - I said yes  Despite having had lunch I had green tea, twix and some tooty fruties  which came to £1.75 so now my weekly spend is £3.02 and all of it is on food
I was definate I wasn't going to spend anything today, must do my lines now "must try harder"
Added to this is the fact that in my change I got a £2 coin which I am not allowed to keep so infact I am £5.02 less in my purse since yesterday morning :mad:0 -
Hi, i read this and thought id have a go, so I have allocated £10 each to me and hubby and so far I have spent nothing, i missed aqua yest to go and do a night sift, was unable to sleep today so cant face going to slimming class so am going to put the £5.25 away for a pair of digital scales and then go back power walking and swimming to save money. I never rrealised until this month just how much i fritter away on pop etc in work so am deffo keeping a money diary from now on and saving money!!! good luck to us all!:A :j0

Its just one of those annoying little things that we have to endure I guess Sarah...
Karen- Welcome to the challenge, quick q, do you find slimming classes help? Is it £5.25 a week? As for the pop, if you find you still want it, maybe buy some cans when theyre on special from supermarket and have those to take to work. I've done that every so often, and made a point that if I drunk it, then its water from that point on. I did also get 12x330ml bottles from Asda of lemonade for only £1, so it might be worth looking into.
BAUK You're not doing too badly hun. Important thing is not to beat yourself up over it, if you do you're more likely to just throw the towel in and go crazy!
As we all know if you go over, you go over, but you more often than not definitely learn something, normally about ourselves, and whats triggered it, and how to stop it from happening in the future!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
I know I am REALLY late with this but please can I join in CAFC girl? I have set myself a budget of £10 per week and am determined to stick to it. xMFW
