I purchased the Samsung galaxy tab 2 and also had some connection problems.I resolved it by changing my router.The old router was G and the new one is a N router.My broadband is with BT. Sorry its a bit vague my brother recommended changing my router.HTH

Thanks for reply - im with sky so prob a poorer signal as it is ? I will give it a whirl though as its very frustrating and I have another router so will get DH to try and will let you know ! Hope fully !

If you log into your tesco account find the order and you'll see an option for request a vat receipt I ordered one it took 2 days to come to my inbox haven't done my samsung claim yet though

ive been emailed and asked to send a photo of the back of my tablet - apparently is was missing documentation? but i dont remember being asked to do that in the first place. Have i missed this or is this not a normal request?

Lots of people have reported this on hukd. They rang Samsung and it was sorted over the phone.

If you don't fancy ringing them just send the photo off.

I keep popping on to this thread as it is always on the 1st page of grabbit and is named the Galaxy tab2 bargain thread but there hasn't been any bargains posted on here for weeks? why is is still in grabbit?
