Carphone Warehouse cancelled my cashback claim through TCB but no surprises there, didn't think it would track as there was no specific link to click for Samsung tablets or just tablets so I used the accessories one.

On the plus side, had my claim validation email yesterday, 7 working days from me submitting it so hopefully my £50 will be in the bank within 30 days as promised.

I've received my claim validated email today after my initial claim date of 6th jan. So hopefully receive my money by 22nd feb. Says to add on extra 5 days to the 30. Thank you for this thread. Hubby bought me tab 7 for christmas and only knew to claim because of this thread. So bonus £30 for me!

I cannot remember dates i submitted my 2 claims but we recieved the memory cards last Saturday and got the money in the bank yesturday.
Just waiting on currys cashback now!

MY ADVICE TO PEOPLE: It would appear to me that they are not validating claims until you ring up and press them, so if you are still waiting, call them immediately.

Thanks for the advice. I've been waiting for ages and had to send a second email with further information. Called tonight, got through straight away and got the validation email less than 5 minutes later.

I have had 3 claims and got my 1st ever validation email today.(late December purchase)
I got 2 of 3 confirmations when claiming and also 1 pending email for a late November purchase.

All 3 now show as 'validated'. Do they move to 'paid' when money transfers?

I made my claim for two 7.0 Tablets 14/12/2012. Received confirmation email instantly but as of yet heard no more. Tried emailing the [EMAIL="help@samsung"]help@samsung[/EMAIL] email address querying the claim the other week but had no response so just tried the 0843 support number.
A guy answered very quickly & established the problem straight away. The system had put the bank account number the cash back was to be paid into as the payee's name & consequently prevented the claim from processing. He said this has been happening lots. He then validated my claims there & then and instantly received validation emails. He said due to the mistake & the delay in payment he's put in on the system for payments to be made ASAP so I won't have to wait the normal 30 days :T:T:T
