I had this exact same problem, when I tried to track it, it came up blank.

I called them up this morning on the number given on the first (any only) e-mail from them and got through quite quickly. The guy validated the claim on the phone and shortly after I got an e-mail to confirm this. Now got to wait up to 30 days to get the cash. People who have had the cash, how long did yours take to hit your bank?

MY ADVICE TO PEOPLE: It would appear to me that they are not validating claims until you ring up and press them, so if you are still waiting, call them immediately.

Have found exactly the same, although it worked initially. I think it must be a glitch in their system. Having said that, I will be on the phone if I don't hear anything else in the next day or so.

Just read previous post and am now off to phone!

For the avoidance of confusion, did you actually get the "Claim Validated" e-mail or did you get the "Claim Complete" e-mail.

My experience may not be applicable to everyone else, but I got a "Claim Complete" e-mail within 24 hours of submitting the claim details online.

However I only today got the "Claim Complete" e-mail (12 days after their own stated "14 days" deadline) today after calling them up to see what was going on.

Hello I have double checked and I have 2 emails and last one says claim validated ect... you will have your money in 30 days hth
