Yes, my quidco cashback was declined. I have checked my account and it was the 7" Versus tablet which was declined, so it does refer to a product I did actually purchase from them. Like you say, on the 'submit a claim' page, there is no option to tick for tablet sales (other than 1% for ipad). I don't think I checked very carefully if cashback was available for tablets at the time of purchase, so I can't be sure if I should be getting it or not (my sale refers to a much cheaper product, the cashback is only £1.34, I bought the galaxy tab from John Lewis in the end).

Just checked my claim and it said processed but nothing in my bank. Will give it a few days and chase up.

Had email to says my processed but can take 30 days to get into bank!!!

I kept getting cut off from the 0843 number so emailed Opia cc'ing samsung too, Opia telephoned me apologising and validating the claim. Promised payment within 7 days. Hope that helps

I've just received my cash back in my bank today.

Took about 27 days from the claim validated email to cash deposited in bank so within Samsungs timeline of 30 days.

The Micro SD card arrived yesterday so all in all a successful cash back promotion.

mine too! 45 days from the initial claim, card arrived after 30 days. Still never received a single email!
