I got 2 emails yesterday saying the cashback ( x2) was about to be processed, bought mid november

Curious.... Has anyone who didn't get the claim number been paid? Or has anyone just submitted it again and got a number? It's nearly impossible to get in touch with them it appears!

Sorry, haven't been all through this thread, but can you tell me if you submitted your bank details as requested on Samsung's website or did you ring them up? I'm a bit concerned about giving sort code, account number & name online. )

Good to hear, bought mine 9th Nov and was validated 9th Dec.
