Agree with other posters, if in doubt phone! I have just had both of my claims validated after having to resend all evidence of purchase!

Has anyone been able to get through on the 08433 083776 number over the last two days?
I keep getting the office is closed and to call back between 8am - 8pm
I had email last week asking for more proof of purchase to which was sent.
Not had a reply and want to chase it with them.

Hi, I have contacted them this morning and got through almost straight away on 0843 308 3776 have to admit it did take me by surprise as I have phoned once before and was waiting over 20 mins to be answered.:j :j :j:A0

Please do not phone on their 08433083776 number as its a high cost geographical number,rather call on 0191 3000742 as this is a national number and will normally be included in your call plan. (By the way it's the same company you would be speaking to anyway).0

got a wee question about the cashback,
were currently having a hunt through the house but i cant find my delivery note from tesco for my tab. I have an email confirming my order and one saying its ready to be collected. Anyone know if they would take this as proof of purchase?0 -
