    Sorry to bother.I'm another unfortunate being swindled by Opia.
    Could anyone please help me with the model number for Samsung 10.2" 16 GB WIFI only WHITE tablet?

    It's ' GT-P5110ZWABTU '.
    It's 10.1 inch not 10.2 inch because I got 1 for my daughter. Hope it helps. Your better off calling them as they will validate it there and then for you.

    Call them on 0191 3000742 as its a national number not the one they advertise as its a rip off.

    Thank you very much.
    I bought 2 , claimed properly, adding both gadgets on claim page, but cashback was paid for only one.Called them last week and informed the CS that I'm recording the call(CALLRECORDER app for ANDROID).A supervisor called Matt, emailed me that I'm allowed to make a late claim as the attached receipt showed 2 tablets.I was allowed to use a different date so that the claim page proceeds to next page.
    I'm asked to call them again after getting the claim reference number. I've been trying on the national number from 8 am today, but they're not picking.May be I should try the premium number.
    Will update.
    They are swindlers:mad:

    They are both exactly the same numbers,just try at different times of the day as that is what happened to me as well.
    The only difference is with the premium no they are making money from it.

    Thank you.Got through after about 10 tries with the national number.
    Another CS guy, trying to put the blame on me,first saying I'm late for the claim, then saying there was no supervisor called "Matt" who emailed me , then saying I haven't entered the bank details correctly in the recent claim form.This was in spite of him seeing the email communication to me from "Matt" whosoever, on his monitor!! He said I should have clicked "continue" rather than "next" after entering bank details.God knows why they want to make a web page so difficult!!!Gave a piece of my mind and reiterated that I'm recording the call.Then he mellowed and said would get back to me in 24 hrs for the bank details,when his system is ready for the cashback.

    Will keep posted, once I get a call from them.

    My advise would be to call them and record the call.We shouldn't let those fraudsters run off with our money

    They didn't get back to me.So I called again and got through the national number after several tries.
    Got it sorted and will be paid in 30 days.
    Go after them....

    I can only get through on the national number, the other one given just rings and rings. I got through yesterday and was told it may take 35 days, not 30 to allow the extra 5 days for it to appear in my account. Hope I'm not being fobbed off. It's been validated and they say everything's going through ok, but it seems to take a long time to go through completely (i.e. into my bank account!)
