What kind of time are people experiencing for payment to be made.

I got a mail for more details around 3rd January and responded instantly. By the 14th Jan I still had no validation on the claim so phoned them, a quick check and the claim was progressed.

Now 33 days later still no funds. Is this the norm with this lot?

I completed the application on the 12th of Feb late at night, next day lunchtime I got the validation email saying it will be in bank in the next 30 days. I don't have it yet, but so far it sounds like I've had an easy ride.

Our other two payments went without a itch was paid in the timescale they said.
Our third one is due any day now to be paid to the bank.

Claim Validated 11th Jan, payment should have been received by 10th Feb, 15th allowing for extra 5 days.

Called them 15th and informed it would be another 10-14 days before payment made due to backlog !!! NOT IMPRESSED !!!

Disgusting. My 30 days was up 2 days ago, have to allow the extra 5 days (not sure why) but you'd think they'd get their act together by now. I can't get through on the cheaper number either so keep having to ring the more expensive one. :mad:

My 30 days was up on 3rd Feb and I was paid on Fri - 15th. I hadn't phoned - intended to this week, so looks like they are a couple of weeks late.

I am looking to buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7" Wifi 8GB (silver or white).

Does anyone know what the current best deal is?

I have found it at Carphone Warehouse at £145 plus Cashback possible from TCB at 3.03% . Is there a better deal that I'm missing?

Other than ebay or cash converter, that is probably the best price at the moment. Or the 10.1 for £237 from o2 shop

My cash back claim is 5 days over the 35 day time frame stated in the validated email.

I emailed the helpline & after 4 days I got a reply to say the cash should appear in my account within the next 10 working days.

Big go slow at Samsung it seems.
