Currys instore wouldn't pricematch me either, kept insisting that with the £80 cashback it was cheaper. I was so furious.

I went home, called Currys customer sales and they pricematched without question. I also ordered a 9.99 kindle case so qualify for the full £80 cashback.

Posted this on page 11 but don't think anyone noticed:

Someone posted on Tesco's Facebook page thinking that the gift vouchers were meant to be with the Tabs and Tesco replied with:

"Unfortunately we withdrew this offer due to us offering the promotion of 20% off the tablet. Could you please advise if this discount was applied when your products were purchased?

umme sue copied the terms and conditions

I rang yesterday and they told me they'd put it in post, should have it in next few days. You only get it if purchased before 11th November

I contacted them via Facebook last week and got an email next day asking for order number etc, they looked into it and told me I would be receiving it in the next few days and that they had removed my post on facebook - wonder why - card not turned up yet tho. will give it a few more days then ring them...

Yeah I know that, but it says they can withdraw the offer at any time and were claiming they had done so.

After 11th November i was told today the £20 gift card was withdrawn.
