Try a different browser maybe I use google chrome and just did a dummy run and works fine.

Cleared cookies and tried different browser, still no luck, will have to try on daughters laptop. In the meantime anyother advise please..

what an ordeal, got it working on daughters laptop, got half way through and it asks for the seriel number, now I got to get it out of hiding in the loft ( as its hubbys xmas present) oh well I will have to do it all over again tomorrow...lol Thanks for your help all who replied..
