On the back of the device it simply gives the GTP5110 code so they surely can't reject on the grounds of seriel number?

Did you put that as the serial number? GTP5510 is a model number, the serial number which is also on the back is an 11 digit mix of numbers and letters. When it comes to the model number they're in a dropdown box.

Sorry my mistake, I put that as the model number.
The serial number is the long one.

I am doing it the old fashioned way with snail mail and the pro-Forma from Samsung only gives something like 8 or 9 noxes to fill i the model number

    Thanks for confirming this.:)

I read on another forum that there are quite a lot of disclaimers when filling out the cashback form, one being that even entering the wrong day of claim can result in claim being rejected. It's great that Samsung are offering such good cashback but they don't half make it difficult.

Has anyone purchased from Tesco.com? They say they will accept email of order confirmation for this, but not sure if a screenshot will do or if I should do it by snail mail and send hard copy.

  • Can i ask how people are uploading copies of their email confirmation? It states that they want it either in PDF or JPG format. I tried converting my email into PDF using gmail but it didn't really resemble the original email and i'm worried that they will reject it on that basis and i don't know how to convert it into a JPG.

I think they`re hoping people will forget or think this is too long winded and not end up claiming the cashback

ordered the 10.1'' today from T Direct using the code for 2000 extra points :D best deal so far for me... quidco tracked at over 8gbp(hoping tcb will as well ;) ) so after Samsung cashback it should be 180gbp plus up to 80gbp worth in clubcard rewards...

this is the thread with codes: http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/galaxy-tab-2-offer-tesco-1000-2000-3000-clubcard-points-when-buy-galaxy-tab-2-158-1374648?page=6#comments
