uolypool :T good job they are taking it seriously, girl deserves more than a good slap (don't think i'd have been able to help myself if i was in her halls)

    jackieo positive thoughts for dd

meanmarie your oh and i are exactly half a century apart :o

Evening all. Have just made brownies to take to work tomorrow. Making a triple batch of brownies is a logistic nightmare, barely fit in the bowls or pans and whisking 6 eggs and a 1lb & 1/2 sugar by hand
Not much else has been done today as I had a really long day at work. My job may potentially get very exciting soon *fingers crossed*
Going to have a shower, heat up some leftovers for dinner (maybe just half of them as couldn't help testing the fudge topping) then head to bed I think.

Monnogran Carrot & coriander? Spicy parsnip? Butternut squash? BTW, how's the Rev getting on?

Uolypool glad your DS's uni are supporting him and acting on the nasty behaviour.
  • Gosh it's buzzing here today ... 4 pages and all of it good stuff :)

Not sure we can make 5 pages, but here goes....

I decided to delurk when I read about Uolypool's DS, I am so mad for him, these people think they have a god given right to harass and frighten people and then have the gumption to think they can get away with it....stress, my a**e, I hope they throw the book at her and her cronies.....87 missed calls and texts in one day, my God....but they are determined. I am so glad you are dealing with this and that the police and Uni are working with you both, hope his next stint at Uni is better than this one and it does not blight what should be a great time in his life.

Me, well I read every day but don't post cos I am not sure I have anything very exciting to say, but feel like part of my day is missing if I don't get on MSE. Trying to be as OS as possible but work is taking me to the UK a lot these days so HW and budget are virtually non existant, I will get back on the wagon as soon as I can.LO for dinner tonight, will rummage in the freezer for tomorrow. Optician appointment tomorrow after work.
JO, hope your DD is OK after her op, can't remember all that I just read so suffice to say that I hope all the poorlies and pee'd off feel better soon....

    Morning all,

I wondered whether I could join you please. Im finding the weirdness and doom and gloom elsewhere a bit too much.

I have recently been made redundant and so life is going to change for me.

    Evening everyone

A quick post from me. Not having a great time at home, arguing with dh again about my ds1 living here. Find it quite upsetting that he isnt wanting to support me with this whilst he goes back to college and gets some qualifications. DS1 is 22. I know he isnt the easiest person to have around gets bored quite quickly but he has got himself a part time job too. DH is now working from home most of the time and has got exams to pass so now wants the 3rd bedroom as a study and wants ds1 to move back into ds2 room and share, there is a 10 year age gap. DH says I am not supporting him with his work situation and I feel we are at stalemate. Sorry rant over just so angry tonight.
ds1 and ds2 are my dh stepchildren and we are living in dh house.

    os today - nothing much.

uolypool - glad the uni are taking the matter seriously. Hope your ds is okay.
Jackieo - hope your dd is okay after her op.
Bitsy - glad your mum insisted you have a day off.
MrsMH - nice to see you back.

Welcome to all the newbies, this is a lovely place to post.

Well I had better calm down and go to bed. HUgs to anyone that needs/wants one. Take care
