    Morning :D

    LameWolf, love the ad :D

Mr tru was at a customer's house yesterday, they had a couple of cats and there was a catflap in the back door. They also keep chickens. He almost peed himself laughing when he heard a noise, turned around and saw a chicken come in through the catflap :rotfl: This particular chicken watches the cats all the time and tries to copy them, learned how to get in and pops in for a visit a couple of times a day :rotfl:

I've run out of tealights  Used the last one in my oil burner last night, along with a some cinnamon oil, it smells like Christmas :D Mr tru put about 10 drops of oil in, I could hardly breathe after half an hour. I told him to use 2 drops but obviously he knows best *rolls eyes*. I said I didn't want to pay Morrison's price for them but I will if I have to. He thinks we should go to Ikea for some "because it's cheaper". Well yes, but it's a 60 mile round trip so I think the savings will be wiped out just a bit *rolls eyes again*.

I've decided to take money out of the bank each week and hide it away in envelopes. I took what we spend on Easter, Christmas and birthdays, divided it by 52 and got some envelopes ready to fill each week. Then thought it might be better to have separate envelope for each person for each event and ended with about 45 of the things :D Decided that was too many so I'm now having a rethink, lol.

tru ......Wilkinsons have 100 tea lights for £2 if that helps x
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Thanks :) I hardly ever go into town, if I do it's £3.40 for the bus, so still not a bargain.

BUT you mentioning Wilkinson's has just reminded me that there's a What? shop just off my normal route to Morrison's so I'll nip in there tomorrow :D

    :wave:Welcome shepherds wife.

Uollypool I am glad that DS's problems are being taken seriously and hopefully will be sorted out at the meeting. As for Madam suffering from stress  I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. The nerve of the little cat, I hope that they throw her off campus.

    Hello all!!

Had a busy day today, took ds1 to school and went to mums for a brew and we went to makro.
With my shopping list at hand I got what was needed vat free
5kg of chicken breasts for £18.90
2kg of unsmoked back bacon for £5.99
3 loaves of kingsmill wholemeal bread for 29p a loaf each reduced
2 pork sausage meat reduced 63p each
As well as my weekly shop at mr t I stuck to my list.

Took me forever to unpack and pack the chicken in 2's and the bacon in 8's for the freezer.

Now I'm tired and will be slipping into something more comfortable......my joggers and slippers lol

Hope all have had a good day!!
