I would be a bit wary about multiple purchases. My local had a big sign up saying only 1x 500points would be added per clubcard no matter how many preorders were bought.

No idea whether this is all smoke and mirrors, but people abusing* other similar offers have had their points removed in the past.

    *buying more than allowed.

ETA, just finished catching up to see you've already bought them. Maybe phone up HO and ask if you will get all the points - you bought them as xmas presents for your 4 brothers + OH? If they say no, then you'll still be able to get a refund of the money and at least you are no worse off.

I would recommend not phoning HO and bringing more unwanted attention to this??

The only other similar promo to this was COD and all was fine, I'm aware of no one having points removed.

This promo does not state anywhere on the t&c's about multiple purchases or a limit. Neither have I seen any signs in the many Tesco I frequent.

As said before the WORST case is getting your money back in clubcard vouchers.

    hi

you spend £5 on a pre order of grand theft auto with 500 bonus points and people have said they have done 8 in one go and used a £5 off £40 so spending £35 for 4000+ points which can be made into deals or doubled up for instore use when you get your statement in february

NO I WILL DEFINITLEY NOT RING HO

not worth bringing any attention to the offer as there is still 3 days to go

im sure ho has already noticed some of us cottage shoppers (as they put it) will make the most of the offer hence the not activley advertising the offer and not allowing the till spits through ss

Whatever you do, DON'T phone HO. Key to points collecting is to stay well below the radar (and not to dob your fellow collectors in either ;))

NB : the points are going on automatically - they would have to actually remove them which I have never known to happen other than to individuals who have been trouted and investigated on a one-off basis. Mass removal due to yet another flawed promotion would mean bad press
