i didnt get any till spits to say ive paid the £5 pre order

so all my receipt says is £5 gta so ive spent £25

do u think they will be guilable enough to believe i paid £25 towards just the one game and only have to pay £15

I'd be more worried they won't accept you have paid £5 towards the game and thought you had just bought a poster or something.

Going to cs would also highlight your 2500 points on the game. Getting the points added again only really works if you don't use a cc the first time round and then get the points from that receipt added later, or if they refund and do the sale again without also taking your points off on a receipt the points are on.

Bit risky though, in the grand scheme of things you haven't lost much, assuming your planning on getting more of them.
  • I am now a huge fan of Plusnet. I already paid for line rental upfront for 120.00 and have just had an email that they have decided to upgrade me to premium plus free of charge ( after a few billing complaints ) so 120GB and anytime calls for total of 12.50 per month. Yippeee!

after showing off about my shop above, just found another one of my shops is down on items as well so no pp, i think it was a similar problem to yours, SA's were getting fed up of weighing single sprouts etc lol, oh well :o

    Evening

:rotfl::rotfl: It must be annoying for the pp but I find it really funny, how would you keep a straight face with a single sprout, you would be better getting one carrot and saying its a treat for your horse ;):rotfl:

Oh I see that GTA promo- looks good - £5 deposit will they keep it? When do points get added on?

I would be a bit wary about multiple purchases. My local had a big sign up saying only 1x 500points would be added per clubcard no matter how many preorders were bought.

No idea whether this is all smoke and mirrors, but people abusing* other similar offers have had their points removed in the past.

    *buying more than allowed.

ETA, just finished catching up to see you've already bought them. Maybe phone up HO and ask if you will get all the points - you bought them as xmas presents for your 4 brothers + OH? If they say no, then you'll still be able to get a refund of the money and at least you are no worse off.

    It's only a game

    What should I do?

I went to my local RSPCA yesterday to take them some biccies and chocs for themselves and for the xmas raffle.

They told me that just an hour before I arrived, this dog had been brought in for rehoming.

    074.jpg
    He is called Homer.

He was rehomed from the RSPCA when he was a pup, but the owner says unfortunately, that now, after 3 1/2 years, he has grown too big and she can't handle him.:(

He is the brother of these 2.

    001-1.jpg

The first one I got as a pup, the second one a year ago after she had been rehomed twice and taken back.

Should I now take Homer as well?

How can anyone part with a dog that has been a part of their family for three-and-a-half years.

I think you know the answer, it was fate you saw him :D

Not necessarily someone at head office, could be anyone in a store, on delivery or even in the petrol station.

or anywhere else in the supply chain....starting at the printers...
