Evening all - first things first - YES to Squigs .......... but my guess is that she didn't need us to tell her that. My only question would be does she have a spare armchair as the other two take up the whole sofa ;)

My workman got on really well today and finished at 2.30pm, and is coming back tomorrow afternoon to do about 3 hours work. Shower is now fitted and lovely folding/wall-mounted chair, he has sealed around toilet & basin etc, and put first coat of emulsion on the walls. It now looks a lot more like a wet room ;) The guy who does the floor can't come until Monday morning though, so, although I will be able to use the toilet/basin, I still won't have a working shower until Monday evening - can't wait to have a shower in my new wetroom :j

After he had left, I nipped down to the car boot cafe for a cuppa and do my Mail crossword, then popped into Tosco next door and got 2 fuel vouchers with 4 x Andrex & fillers - awaiting PP

I may just have to do the gta tomorrow. i see it as that when you usually spend £5 in mr t's you would only get 5 points. this way you swap £5 for £5 in clubcard points that can be used as vouchers later or increased in value for rewards. a bit like a mr t's saving account :)

plus if you use it to bulk a shop up so that you can use a £5 wys voucher, you are tecnically paying for it with the said voucher x

    You are pre-ordering a copy of GTA V (released c Mar 2013)

Your pre-order costs £5 and should you collect the pre-order , £5 will be deducted from the cost of the game at POS.

However, the slips are generic, you don't give your details and there is no obligation to complete the purchase

The bonus is that Tesco are promoting this by giving 500 points with each £5 pre-buy/deposit.

So, in simple terms 1p per point which can then be worth up to 4p. Cost can be less if you have CS etc

thanks for the step by step guide

but what does GTA flippin stand for????

    Latest update!

I have had a long chat with Rajah his brother and Poppy his sister this evening.
They both said they have no objections to Homer coming to live with them.

I have had a long chat with DH this evening.
He is coming with me to the RSPCA tomorrow to meet Homer and then we will discuss it further.

    It's all looking very promising!!:T:T

after showing off about my shop above, just found another one of my shops is down on items as well so no pp, i think it was a similar problem to yours, SA's were getting fed up of weighing single sprouts etc lol, oh well :o

If the bar-codes on the andrex are different, they should count as different items on the price check. :)

is the point offer advertised with the pre order card instore?

It was, briefly , in mine on a big cardboard stand but for last week or so its just with the other games and with no mention of points. There are other pre-order games available as well so make sure you pick the right one. I think the others have all been 'tested' for possible extra points but no joy.

Also, it works for both PS3 and XBox formats so its a bit more 'subtle' if you buy 1 (or more) of each
