Evening all, just got back from T - no Andrex!!! You would think at the start of the promo they would have stocked up.

Have to go back tomorrow and see if they have some, decided to get some juice and dairy instead so have 3, so will make dent in petrol bill

I would tell them that if it looks over 30 days old that just goes to show how poorly made it is. You have the proof that it is less than 30 days old and they agree with you that it looks older as it has become shabby in such a short time. Turn this round on them

just double check elsewhere in your store
mine had none on the shelf but when i went in tonight i saw byu the entrance a massive pallet of andrex and the robinsons

Thanks, tried that. Lots of juice and chocs stacked up but toilet rolls nowhere to be seen. They checked out back - just said that they get deliveries through the night. Hung around so long that petrol kiosk shut, so will have to go back tomorrow to fill up with what I've got, so may as well call in again

Has the WUL been sorted or is it just my store that 'correctly' has them labelled as 2 for £3
