When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Lets us all get one thing straight..... Yes its me again, the one certain people tried to get barred (Obviously Roxburghe Boys) why ill never know because I thought you all hated PPCs.

It appears to me that a certain number of you on here have been here for some years advising motorists. "Youre own back yard"

The general consensus from what ive read is to ignore all debt collector letters..... Useless advise in my case.

Now then, ive been there, Ive done it, I have the T-Shirt, Ive taken on Michael Sobell in Court and won.... A person you said never turns up in court. That is the reality however great or small you call it I am a winner, if you dont like that tuff.

Now then unless you have something similar to this filedropper dot com / judgement to prove what you have all done that is so outstanding, I suggest you quit the sour grapes and shut up or prove to us all what you can do in court during your own cases.....

What you don't seem to grasp is you never ignored them!!!!!!!!!!!

You entered into dialogue with them and posted the results on youtube.

Sobell has taken action before so your not the first, and your certainly not the first too defeat them.

There is a reason they decided to take you too court, if you review you videos you may work out why.

You are not the first too take on a PPC, I have done it and I have received more reimbursement from them then you received without setting foot in a court! The regulars here know the details.

Why on earth you think someone here is working on behalf of PPC,s is beyond belief. If it is because posts from here ended up at court, I would suspect many a PPC/Debt collector view these forums, a printer is all that is required.

Why should i post the transcript to you !!!!!!! You seem to be a legal eagle, you should know that you have to apply to the court for the cd and have it transcribed by an approved company...... something that is in process and out of my hands.

please post your victories I did

I've already apologised for doubting you BUT you did hype up the victory and the money you won to epic proportions. I don't doubt that you won and even that it is a valid victory. That said you're dismissive of people on here and need to learn some decorum. I await the transcript ( that YOU promised ) to see how much of a victory you really scored.

well You all asked for evidence and I supplied it when I receive the transcrpit I may consider.... but to all who have doubted me and slagged me off just because theyve been on here for years i want to see your file droppers

I'm going to try my best to be polite here - you do realise it's your attitude that winds people up don't you ? Many of us didn't "slag you off" because we've been here a while, we did it because of how you represented yourself and your victory. YOU implied you'd won HUGE amounts of money. You didn't, you "won" costs of £179 yet you're very happy to state that you had zero costs. THAT is fraud and a misuse of the court system.

That aside, another claim you made was that you somehow buried Sorbell - this may be correct but until we see the transcript we only have your word ( that same word that somehow stated you'd won a vast financial victory ). Surely you can see why you would be doubted ?

Feel free to come back with some insult despite the fact I've tried to be polite.

You don't cross examine in the small claims court, you put your points to the judge who in turn asks the other side

No insults Sir !! you obviously did not read the case... I never said I won huge amounts of money at any time. I was awarded £129 costs and that "Sobell was Humilliated" based on his case and I cross examined him... what a pleasure!

Now given the fact that they did not collect the £299 they wanted out of me and they had to pay £95 for bringing the case against me and the costs of witnesses and petrol...... it doesnt all seem bad does it

OK, I got the costs amount wrong BUT you did state that you had NO costs so you conned the court when claiming costs - do you deny this ?

How can I read the case when you haven't posted the transcript ?

You're attitude stinks and I'd bet a fair amount of money that you won't post the transcript.
All aboard the Gus Bus !
