I freely admit to being a relative newbie on this sub-forum and there is obviously some history here that I am not aware of.

Why did I suggest that some treat this as their personal domain? Ok, I'll quote you. Before I do, please be objective about what I am going to say.

I am quoting from Stroma's post #54 - and as I said, I am not party to any previous wars of words.

"You being called those things because your attitude stinks, you come here accusing everyone as being a spy for roxburghe, there have been people here helping a damn sight longer than you've been a member under this alias and under your banned one.

We treat newbies with respect on here, but respect is a two way street, you come across as arrogant, dismissive of anything not your point of view, and basically somebody that generates bad feeling on here. Have you considered that its not us causing a problem but you ?

This forum has run fine before you arrived the first time, and in between you visiting again, but the problem starts when you are here, what does that say to you ?"

Now that may be accurate, but it comes over as "It's our/my backyard" (whoever our may be )

There were a few regulars who disputed the validity of Scouser's claim and reading it as a self-confessed outsider/newcomer to here, it's obvious that you are regulars and support each other's views. On the Mobile Phones forum, which is my normal hunting ground, there are a number of regulars too and we tend to know who supports what views.

It came over to me that there was an undertone of ownership in what and how it was posted. You and others may not see it that way being a regular on here, but that's how it hit me.

Certainly don't want to fall out with anyone on this, but I am being honest.

You've quoted me, and its not my intention to assume its our forum, its everyone's forum and everyone is welcome to make posts, as long as its within the guidelines of MSE. This person shouldn't even be here as he was banned previously. But as all I am asking for is an apology on two things its not a lot to ask for is it?

As I said, I was not aware of any previous identities or any posts that caused him to be banned. Under this identity, he seemed pretty reasonable to me and was being doubted and pushed to act before he was ready.

With that in mind, would you not agree that to any non-regular contributor, that the post I quoted gave validity to my comment about treating the forum as a personal domain?

To your credit, even though you have issues with this guy, you did apologise to doubting his claim.

I understand where you are coming from, but the regulars on here who saw what he posted previously knew exactly who he was, and what he was posting here before, its a shame in some ways that MSE removed all of his posts, but then its probably for the best.

And I have no problem saying I was wrong, I was so I take it on the chin, but this person is not doing anything to remedy what he caused, and I mean what he caused

You were not treated like that when you first came here and you know that damned well, yet you were condescending, arrogant and you started posting obscene things about jimmy saville and Gary glitter , you can't deny it as many people saw it and reported you for it!

Now don't give the BS that your spouting, you are still as obnoxious as ever and your first post (which has been deleted) was at bas about being a roxburghe spy, exactly in the same thread as 'down with roxbeghe' was spouting before that.

It looks as if you are not man enough to apologise to people on here, I'm done with you and your BS on here!

Who the hell would support roxburghe or any dca on this website ? You go to the debt free wannabe forum to see what these scumbags do to people, like chasing debts that are statute barred and hounding people to pay even if its not their debts!

All parking companies are scum and so are the dca's the bpa and any other dregs that support this nefarious business, my hope is that they are all liquidated !

Now you've apologised I thank you for that for me the matter is dropped

I think you will find that Steve Dargonne is a real person, as this posting from Coupon Mad shows:-

Or even Steve Dargonne, the signatory of the letter.

As I have said before on this forum, I know of this guy. He used to be a Midland Bank Assistant Manager (pen pusher) in the eighties, in Worthing/Goring, West Sussex. Still lives in the area I believe...

...apparently supports my footie team, Brighton, as well.

But anyhoo, think of a doofus of a character like David Brent from the Office and you've got a picture of him - not someone to be scared of!
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

    bring it on SOBELL!!!!!

That's completely wrong, sorry. I used to work in a business which banked at 'his' Bank where he was an Assistant Manager in West Sussex in the eighties, knew him a bit. It's the same guy. What do you mean by your wife's case, does she also have Court papers over the same incident?

You indeed won your case and congratulations on doing so, but after your first postings and accusations you were hardly going to win many friends here.

Even your second coming and your posts suggested that you had wiped the floor with your claimant. We don't know what the DJ said to Sobell it would be interesting to hear, and it may well be a humiliation to him!

However being awarded £129 costs is by no means using your own words a "twatting" for Sobell.
Sobell will have been paid by East Kent Hospital, East Kent Hospital will pay the £129, East Kent Hospital instructed Sobell to issue proceedings, it would not be Sobells decision, he may have advised but the decision was East Kents.

Hopefully East Kent Hosptials have learnt two lessons not to take people too court for these things, and that as we all know here anyway Roxburghe and Sobell are a joke and they don't use their services any further.

The Victory is the main point of your celebrations, but after you and your wife's steak, the price of the transcript, and your actual expenses I doubt there being much of £129 left!
