If OH does not stop snoring, I will not be held accountable for my actions. I can hear him through my earplugs.
I remember that. Not having to live with that is one of the very few advantages of being single. (Not having him spend money on stuff we'd agreed we couldn't afford is another one.)nattypants wrote: »I've been missing Lois also Cal:( I think she may have been absent for the last two holiday terms now .....

Other than that, it's one per person, or three per couple.
Thanks Ed. I'll close it when the rate drops, then.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Does this mean you managed to set up a second Ntnwd FlxDrct account? How? Mine will get to the end of its first year and lose its 5% rate soon. Can I open another one? Or is it only possible if you're a couple and can open a joint one or one in the other person's name?
Awww. Thanks Cal.
I did, and I received a letter a few days later to say I could only get interest on one account, so I closed it again. Mine is reverting back pretty soon, like Ed said, I'll need to downgrade it back to a normal one, then upgrade it again when I can.

Ahhhhh. Why do I leave stuff to last minute?
I've got a report due tomorrow, so I'm going out for lunch! My sister asked me weeks ago so it's my own fault for not staying organised. Going into Glasgow, hope traffic's not too bad. Yummy Spanish tapas and then off to spend all my W@terstones vouchers, my perfect day!
Got an email from Florida company to ask me to an interview, either tomorrow or Thursday. I can't do it tomorrow anyway, I've got meeting and mock interview, but I don't know if I should say Thursday. On one hand, good idea to seem flexible and accept Thursday, but on the other hand I don't feel ready, I haven't had time to research some of the terms and the company. It would be 4pm Thursday, so if I hurry up and get report done tonight then I would have tonight, time tomorrow and all of Thursday morning to do it. Maybe it'd be better to get it over with?
Eep!
-2 lb today, -7.8lb over last three weeks in total.
Just over £10 in 1P, so long way to go, but at least it's not as boring as VO.
Hope everyone's good!

Exciting! Let us know how the interview goes, please.
Will doInterview is Monday afternoon/evening.
Paper written and emailed away, really late
Meeting tomorrow, then mock interview, and meal out (again!) and cinema tomorrow.
Then all day Thu/Fri and weekend to prepare for interview. Eep.0 -
Mock interview went really well. She said I just have to have more confidence
Meeting this morning went well too, just small things to work on.
Wasting time up at uni until it's time to go meet my friend for dinner and cinema.
I thought uni was back a week on Monday, turns out it's Monday! Oops. Thankfully the interview and the lectures don't clash, I have 3 hours after lecture to get home, dressed and primped for interview etc. I'm still feeling really nervous but that mock interview was so helpful, she really gave me a lot of useful tips.
MFW news - none I'm afraidJust plodding along, waiting for various survey websites to pay out. Have now got 1P, VO and ip$0$. VO I may drop after next payout, the surveys are tedious, boring, mind-numbingly long and I get screened out on a regular basis, gr!!
With mortgage balance now in the 52k mark, it looks like this is the year we will get down to £50k, ahead of out MFiT challenge, so I may need to amend that target.0 -

Ahaha! I did think of this, trust me, but it would be bad. I can imagine some Fawlty Towers-esque scene where my laptop falls over and I have to get up and they see i'm wearing PJ shortts or something :rotfl:

I had a friend who worked in resource planning for a big IT company, worked at home *a lot*. He claims he only ever threw on a casual shirt for video conferences and kept his PJ bottoms on :rotfl:0
