Thanks SSS, glad you lot were confident even if I wasn't! :rotfl:

Mock interview with career centre booked for Wednesday.

Dinner of grilled paprika chicken, stuffed butternut squash and tomato/basil/pesto mix.

Going out to dinner tomorrow and no idea what to eat as everything on the menu looks quite unhealthy :(

Florida!!! Very exciting :) I've been a couple of times, up and down the East Coast, but in Florida I managed to see a space shuttle launch - very dramatic because it was at night - everyone was in tears at how beautiful it was, me as well. Great idea to have a mock interview - a friend or the OH doesn't quite cut it for that sort of thing.

For the dinner tomorrow, any chance you can have a starter instead of a main? Or a sauce on the side instead of over everything? Have a lovely time, even if it is a bit much!

I've never been to USA never mind Florida, so OH is filling my head with stories of thunder and lightning and tropical heat  I don't want to get too excited about it incase I don't get it, same reason I haven't told anyone in real life!

And yeah, Ed does have some good ideas sometimes ;)

Good idea about starter! It's an American-themed restaurant so everything is covered in cheese served with chips etc. The healthiest thing on there is fajitas but I don't really want fajitas :( Still haven't made up my mind!

Off to @ldi to stock up on fruit and veg :)

Any more modesty and we're organising a showoff parade :rotfl:

Not being modest, just realistic! It's only an interview, and I don't want to get my hopes up 'cause I'll be really disappointed if I don't get it. I'm known for getting to final stage and messing it up, I can't tell you how many final stages I've been in! There's 3/4 of us being interviewed so we must all be at similar levels plus I don't have any knowledge in one part of the job requirements so... We'll see.

Woke up very late today, only got back into the house after 2am, had to drive a friend home who had a *little* too much to drink, about an hour detour.

    Money shuffle completed.

OP of £248.15 paid in. Mortgage is now in the £52k mark :D

Lamb Rogan Josh for dinner, off to start prepping it :)

Hope everyone has a chilled out Sunday x

Yeah, the only thing I wasn't sure with about that, is that I already have a NW FlexD account, and have been getting the 5% for nearly a year. The year is about the run out, not sure if I can apply for another one since I've had one already?

After gentle prodding from Ed, new NW FD account set up, waiting for it to show on online banking etc.

Does this mean you managed to set up a second Ntnwd FlxDrct account? How? Mine will get to the end of its first year and lose its 5% rate soon. Can I open another one? Or is it only possible if you're a couple and can open a joint one or one in the other person's name?

You can open another one, but only after the first one is closed and a suitable amount of time has passed (I forget how long, but it's not instant).

Other than that, it's one per person, or three per couple.
