Well, it's been a marathon and I am not there yet. Macbook due on Thursday this week. I have had tracking info and interestingly, confirmation from TF Traders that they had received the delivery 90 mins before UPS contacted me as part of the tracking service.

That reeks of a con to me.

UPS calling you as part of the tracking service? I don't think so...

How did you pay for this order? Please say you used a credit card...not a money transfer.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Indeed... and why would UPS call the purchaser if the items were sent to the UK "operation centre" (at that terraced house) to 'be inspected' before they send it on to you?

  • Hi I have been conned too by this company through Amazon. Been waiting over a month now for a Nikon SLR Camera. Apparently it was damaged through transit and a replacement was sent out which should have arrived weds or thurs. They have now stopped replying to my emails. Have contacted Amazon. Has anybody had a refund yet?
  • Seriously, how the hell does 'Lucy Hodgkinson' the apparent matriach of this company think she will get away with this...

how has EVERYONE's packages been DAMAGED ON TRANSIT!?!? and then how come everyone got the same replacement date!?!? I bought a macbook on the 4th november!!! I still haven't got it yet! I've called up my bank and asked the 'Disputes department' to refund my money (AKA - DEMAND it back from TF Traders) which should happen in the next two weeks. Very unhappy, will never buy from any third party off amazon again, and will tell all my friends about this f**king appalling service.

It was obviously a fake, it was obviously not real.

But sense goes out the window when something is £200 cheaper than everywhere else.

    Sheesh.

    That summs it up perfectly.
