How can I hide my ip address?

If you really want to be anonymous on the internet try a Privacy Remix version of Linux such as Tails (Based on Tor), Liberte' Linux, Privatix Live System (Never touches the HDD), UPR (Ubuntu Privacy Remix), Mandragora, Whonix.
Even using a vpn, tor etc.. isn't entirely safe because Java & Flash and other plugins you may use can be used to identify your location with various techniques to be completely anonymous you have to be completely paranoid don't forget every time you connect to the internet your ISP logs the connections.0 -

Use Ultrasurf, nothing to install and hides your real ip address...at least to the websites visited. Used this myself loads of times (eg to open a US Netflix account) and works very well0

How do you use it without downloading? I can only see the download link, no other option (on pc).0 -
