Well im back from work, only a short shift. But a busy one.
Silasava, Sleaford is around 20 mins from me. Its a nice little town, think it use to have a quaint little market on a Saturday too.
SQ, our dentist insists on a 6 month appointment too. I take both my girls as well, and I even pay for the treatments. When they were very little we had a private dentist, as eldest needed a brace. My friend was the receptionist so she use to take them in to see the dentist for me, they never saw the true extent of my phobia. Mine falls back to going when I was little and having a tooth out by gas and air. It was horrible.
Monnagran, the electric fire does look good on effect only. One day we will be rich!! and can switch it on.
Peanut use that free dentist, I would love to get my treatment for free. I am lucky I pay nhs fees really tho.
Kidcat, sorry about things making you unhappy. I know what you mean about people damaging your car and driving off. There is 1 car in our carpark and they have 'nudged' peoples cars. I noticed last week someone has hit the car in the side, the driver was just returning and was fuming. Seems someone repaid them, as the saying goes what goes around comes around.
Well must make some tea as OH will be home soon. We are having meatballs in gravy with yorkies peas and roast potatoes. yummmBSC member 137

Feeling totally 'orrible, coming down with some sort of lurgy, everything aches, I feel dizzy and a big dollop of PMT to boot. Kids driving me mad, they are tired and grouchy, DS8 has a stinking cold. DH has been working from home solidly from early Fri morning to 5pm today - including the entire weekend to finish some urgent work before he goes back in tomorrow and then has 2 days study leave (well his annual leave) before next exam. I have had to come upstairs for an hour on my own and leave them all to it. I was just about ready to just stand there and scream!
On the plus side - saw DS8 in a play his class wrote. He chose a speaking part (some just danced) as he really wanted one even though he felt anxious. He said he felt nervous but he didn't show it - that's my boy! Proud mum today.
Planned to make a chicken and bacon lasagne, more bread (on 3rd homemade loaf since Fri eve!!) and some chicken stock but too tired to even contemplate. Boys had pasta and sauce, we will have something out of the freezer.
Question please? - I have a roast chicken carcass in the fridge - cooked on Sunday. Will it be too late to make stock with it tomorrow? Too late to freeze it?

Tomorrow or even the day after will be fine to make stock - I usually have mine cold on Monday then make stock on TuesdayIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0

Hi all
Its blooming cold here, no snow though, apparently the oceanic temperate wind blew it off course. So were having gawd awful strong bitter winds, snow flurries and ice.
Kidcat (hugs) know how you feel. Especially when you everything and you recieve nothing back, not even a cuppa.Put it this way Thursday midnight I could have been on the phone ready to claim jsa. After 14 years I couldn't deal with OH anymore. So were back on talking terms but only just.
My news right now is that i'm back on anti-depressants, my anxiety and depression have made my health worse. So waiting for an mri for both knees, physio, blood tests, maybe see a rhuematologist. Oh and maybe a nuerologist as the dr thinks basically I'm mad and the pain is all in my head. Who knows maybes he right, OH certainly thinks so and think I need to see a psycharitrist as my brains broken. Nice eh?
Thank you for the well wishes with the speech.
Kidcat don't take over the group I think it honestly will be to mucsh for you x
