Ya need to get a patch like a pirate for mealtimes Oooo arhhhhhhhh.
LOL I think the DDs would move out. But it is sooo nice not to have to wear glasses any more, even if it is currently a mixture of sharp and blurry at the same time. (even though I will need reading glasses when it all settles down since my arms aren't getting any longer).
And colours are so bright, I simply hadn't realised. When I look through the eye that still needs doing I realise everything is sepia toned - although, oddly enough, that seems to make greens a richer colour. But every other colour is just so much more vividIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0 -
Maryb: you need to come and live with me dear, where it's a positive advantage not to be able to see what you're eating.
Docky dear: I am most upset that you are feeling your age and a bit under the weather. You obviously have the right approach to making your Ma and Pa feel anxious and obliged to pander to your every whim. Well done mate.
Here's hoping that the ssssllllluuuuurrrrrpppppsss and usual strangled English will return soon.
I've typed this very slowly as I know you don't read fast. Good luck with the dyslexia.

Love the squirrel picture - it really does look like he's saying that!
We had a squirrel in our loft for a while, pesky thing was wearing hobnailed boots, I'm sure. We were told to bait a trap with peanut butter - but Sainsbobs basics wasn't good enough for it - it needed to be Sunp@t. Even then the flipping thing knew what we were about and resolutely refused to enter the blessed trap. We just kept breaking up its nest and it gave up and moved out.
I am soooo cold. Sat in bed with quilt and a throw and two hot water bottles, still cold. OH is opening doors and windows cos he's hot, but he's got alcohol in his central heating system, so i've sent him elsewhere.I wanna be in the room where it happens0 -
