Wow is that cold outside or what, that wind is so raw today.........
I know I should get out more BUT when I was doing the "porridge "this morning and waiting for the milk to boil , I was looking at the scotts oat box and I couldnt believe it was called on the box " porage ", what , I never ever thought porridge was spelt that way.........
So I went back in the cereal cupboard and I have another box from " Quaker Oats", and they dont call it anything but "oats "..............
I then checked the Readybrek box, and thats called "rolled porridge oats".......
So where do Scotts get "porage" from.?..................Its bugging me badly......
Yea I can see most of you now running into the kitchen to check as well...:D come back and re assure me im not alone on this one....Thanks sheila .....0 -
I cannot add to the stories of pain, sorrow or coming to terms with loss of children or those who were lost before birth so to say that I can imagine is wrong but I am sensitive enough to realise how difficult it must be and it will always be with you whether spoken or unsaid.
I think that even though a fella I would be affected and always be. But the feeling between a mother and children is something even more special. I know for some on here families are not always close.
And now it seems quite a few are struggling financially...
The fear of losing the internet is scary Ginny, its quite cheap what costs is the phone rental. I may drop the tv license and survive with catch up which for now is free. I manage mainly with radio for entertainment.

I could loose the TV no worries at all. There's never anything worth the license fee on anyway! OH would miss it though, so think he'd dig his goat heels in.
The internet would be another matter  I'm bereft if the line goes down for more than about 15 mins!
