Not sure if this has worked but it should br pictures of some of the cakes I've made. The one featuring Barney the purple dinosaur is meant to be him on fire.0 -
Lovely pics Stiltwalker and great outfits. DD looks like she is raring to go! What lovely memories. : )
And fantastic cakes SDG! I daren't show DS the tank one, or he'll want me to make it. I used to make complicated cakes - made a whole dalek army a few years ago, but I find I just don't have the patience these days. Either that or I've got very, very lazy.0 -

Your cakes are amazing! Especially the tank - our youngest would have loved that one (probably still would, but he's 22 & I don't do fancy cakes any more!!!!)0 -
Lovely photos Stiltwalker. My friend's daughter has Cockayne Syndrome and she has one of those walkers too. We went to a craft fair yesterday, and even though she is half the size of my 8 year old son (although only a year younger) it was great to see them escaping together to explore.
Even though it was your special day, cute children always steal the show and your daughter looks gorgeous.0 -
Gailey I was only thinking the other day I hadn't seen you post for a while, nice to see what you've been up to
Got a big white sheet earlier and (after using a permanent marker and it going through and marking the flooring) I hung a missing cat message on it on the main entrance to our estate. The exceptionally well designed banner :rotfl:
Is strapped to the farmers hedgerow but faces the posh houses, I wonder how long it will be until someone complains ???
I have also done matching signs around the estate so no one feels left out :rotfl:
Best no one complain as you shouldn't get on the wrong side of someone who has lost their cat as they can't be held responsible for their actions
Dishwasher died today and DH is going for tests for bowel cancer. I don't think he has I think it is all stress but it has put the wind up him and has made him stress even more.
Oh for a quiet life.

Whoopee! Thank you Stiltwalker, what super pics - and a gorgeous dress. I love red.
What was also lovely was the beaming smiles of those in the background. Everyone was clearly very happy for you.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
Stiltwalker - You all look lovely and very happy xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0
