Our sons Ipod was purchased with an extended warrenty, it broke the sensor for movement whilst playng games wont work but the rest is fine, Comet sent it away and called to say its not economic to repair it, they would send a voucher to use in store for £229, obviously it hasnt arrived as this was in the press a couple of days later, the warrenty place phone number now said its closed?

there are two numbers you can ring, depending on who the extended warranty is with, AON 01594863000 (no point using the 0845 number, save ya pennies) and domestic and general, 024 7664 3466 switch board number ask for customer service they would be the ones who deal with your product0 -
just a update, replacement cards are STILL not being accepted, just the gift cards and vouchers.
spoken to AON, they have said send the replacement card back to them and they wil lsend a cheque of the value of what my card is, but as its the orignal card im a bit wary in sending it, as they wont send the cheque without the card in their hands0
