  • One UU a cheapy exfoliating foot scrub bought abroad.

Yesterday went into well known highstreet chemist and bought 2 small pump top bottles (hand luggage travel size ish) - idea is to decant from big bottles hand cream/moisturizers one for desk at work one for handbag, so to avoid purchases of smaller ones.

    Have a few uu -

M&S Florentyna EDT - WBA, have used this on and off for a number of years and for a budget price it really does last. Have moved onto a large size M&S Isis with matching body spray.

Champneys Med Bliss shower cream - nice and thick and lathery but not my favourite scent.

Champneys Med Bliss body hydrator - absorbs super quick but as above with the scent.

I think I have my first UU of November to report:

Herbal Essence green shampoo - WBA cheap (especially as I got this for 68p) and cheerful and does the job.

I think I now have only half a bottle of shampoo in the stash - although I think a sort out is overdue and I bet I find more! I have a few full sized splutters so hopefully a good few outs in the new few weeks.

    Happy Friday everyone :j

    UU's to report -

Soap and Glory Scrub of your life HG - I love this stuff the bits arn't to harsh but it feels like it's doing something and the gel/soap part lathers to a lovely velvety feel Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Will be repurchasing as soon as my car passes it's MOT (though it won't be cheap:()

Soap and Glory The greatest scrub of all WNBA It just didn't feel like it did anything, face never felt completely cleaned/scrubbed.

I was informed yesterday that Liz Earles advent calender was £100!!! I said 'Oh my' but not as poiltely!!:rotfl:

Hi everyone, been away from the thread this week but just catching up.

I have 1 UU - a Herbal Essence shampoo, :) so thought I'd take it into John Lewis yesterday for the Ojon shampoo and conditioner swap. Well, I was there before 9.05am and there were none left  I wasn't impressed, what a joke. I did get a free shampoo sample which is not the same :(

Away to read the rest of the thread.

Small UU - the Rituals 50ml Tao Mei Dao body cream that was a mag. freebie some months ago.

WIB? No. It's £15 for 200ml and whilst it is lovely to use and has a pleasant sweet (if strong) scent, it just isn't special enough to justify paying that sort of price (for me, that's expensive), with standard ingredients like shea butter, cocoa butter and sunflower oil.

I used it as a foot cream rather than a body cream as the scent was so strong.
Now on to Avon's Berry & Vanilla Foot Cream.

Forgive me ladies, for I have sinned. Wanted to use up my Marie Claire 20% voucher in L'Occitane last weekend and ended up spending rather a lot. :o

I got my Mum and a friend their xmas presents, and got myself the cherry blossom body lotion (no real reason, but I have loads of shower gel already and I love the smell of this). This came to over £40 so I got the Delights from Provence goody bag (the pink one) for free. Then I saw that as I'd spent over £35 I could get the Enchanting Winter Collection (the blue one) for £14.

So, using all the combinations of deals I got just over £107 of goods for a grand total of £53.60. A lot of money, but still quite impressed :) I havn't decided whether to keep the pink goody bag or blue goody bag for me, but one of them will definitely be an xmas present.

Oooh that would annoy me! I did debate about doing the 2 hr round trip to my nearest stockist for that event but decided if I got there and none were left I'd be spitting blood :o

I have a party to go to tomorrow and my skin has been awful so I opened up my L'Occitane angelica kit I got a month or so ago on the recommendation of the lovely SA. I've been using the cleanser, toner and hydration cleam and OMG my skin feels amazing. I've never had a product work so well with my skin (I get lots of small spots but also have sensitive skin prone to sore and dry patches, lovely). I'm loving it and not sure I'll be able to use anything else again...

UU - Cath Kidston hand cream. Wouldn't buy this again as it's really thin and the scent is overpowering.

UU - M&S Wild Berry hand wash. I wouldn't buy this again. There's nothing wrong with it, but it has a gel-like consistency which I don't like because blobs of it end up all over your sink when you are washing your hands.

Chucked - Oral B Pro-expert toothpaste. I had to chuck this as it makes me feel really sick when I use it. I was careful not to swallow any so I am not sure why it did this, but I was beginning to feel really ill.

I have some GAs as I have just put together my first Give and Make Up box. I definitely recommend donating to anyone who has trouble decluttering as it's easier to let things go if you know they will help someone else out. All the items in it are unused :embarasse

7 shower gels (Avon, Sanex, M&S, Original Source)
    4 lip balms
6 eye pencils (Body Shop, Barry M, No7)
7 lip glosses/sticks (Lancome, No7, Avon, Eyeko, Ruby & Millie)
Ruby & Millie complete make-up kit
    Eyeko complete make-up kit
    No7 cleanser
    No7 moisturiser
    Nivea moisturiser
    M&S eyeshadow palette
    2 blushers (Rimmel and BeautyUK)
Bag of cotton wool balls (cotton wool is not mentioned on their items needed page, but I can't see that they wouldn't be able to use these)
