Welcome getting there slowly. What are your weaknesses then?

Weaknesses are boots Sanctuary stuff - all of it! body shop japanese cherry range, make up that I hardly ever wear - but I dont have that colour, lip balm/chap stick style that I seem to use for a while then lose it then find it again after buying another.

The wrost thing for me is special offers! where i live there is a boots and a superdrug across the street from each other so there is always something on offer.

My family also buy me smellies birthdays/christmas and although the gifts are all very nice they arent what I would buy myself so I tend to put them to one side, special offers creep in thus the stores never deminish.

Luckily I dont have expensive taste or financial situation cold be lot worse:rotfl:[/QUOTE]

I too love TBS Japanese Cherry Blossom. Am using a Bath and Body Works version of it at the moment and it reminds me so much of my holiday in Orlando.

Another UU but not sure it counts - pack of cotton wool pads. Bought replacements yesterday.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Another UU this morning, goodbye BS shea body butter - I did like the smell at first but was getting fed up with it by the end, being in the challenge just gave me that push to keep using it every night - felt so good to finish it up!

And in its stead comes the bs mango body butter but its only a mini pot so shouldnt last long and then I can move onto the vit e one which I cant wait to get to! x
No buying un-necessary toiletries challenge - Start total: 235. Current total: 273!!
  • A couple of INs BS shower gels, 2 for £2, the other one I ordered was sold out. These smell nice and lather quite well, I only had expensive shower gel that I wasn't in a hurry to use so much needed. Must be careful not to start a new stash...at least until the sales lol:A
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales
  • I am having a very weak moment. New magazine has arrived with an offer on skincare products. Linking it with another two offers on the company's website I could get £95 worth of cleanser, toner, serum, moisturiser, primer, everything...for £15.

I am desperately trying to stop myself but I am so very tempted!!

I have 2 INs (free samples from magazines)

Aveeno skin relief moisturising lotion 10ml
Smashbox photo finish foundation primer 1.5ml

Am quite excited to try the smashbox primer as I have read good things online and wanted to try it.

Stay strong, put the £15 in a savings pot, towards a weekend break with OH or something else nice to counteract the stress at work, offers will come around again, especially while everyone is fighting for our business:)

I walked away when I found I couldn't combine it with free shipping. I was not prepared to pay £5 for delivery, odd but true! :T

Besides...I bought Elle magazine with the £20 off Dune card. I've had my eye on a pair of boots form Dune for about a month now. I guess I've just made another £15 towards the boots ;-)

Good idea though - I've transferred £15 in to the toiletries slush fund, I'm sure that will put me off even more in future :o

Well, several NPI's today, in our brand new Ald!. They had free cloth bags, free trolley tokens and bag packing, all with a friendly smile. They also had 25 minute queues for the checkouts.

Luckily my queue was on the opposite side of the toiletries aisle (alongside the booze, not interested in that). I looked at lots of tempting super-value products longingly and didn't pick up a thing. (OK, my route was blocked, but go me, hey?!)
