Hi!
4 UU for me:
Herbal essences smooth and soft conditioner 400ml WIBA? I love this conditioner. Plenty to uu first though.
Benefit triple performing facial emulsion 8.9ml WIBA? No, A bit thick for my skin, nicely moisturising and smelled lovely.
L'Occitane shea butter hand cream 15ml WIBA? I lkied this, rubbed in nice and left my hands soft. I have a little rose one to move on to now.
No7 beautifully balanced cleanser 200ml WIBA? This was the longest LHJ. I got bored at the end. Nice enough though.
2 INs from a forgotten Avon order:
Advanced techniques shampoo with argan oil
Skin so soft body wash with argan oil.0 -
Well after my earlier NPI I have two UU's to report:
Simple pore minimizing cleanser/toner 200ml
Body shop neroli jasmine body lotion 60ml
The cleanser/toner has been hanging around with me for quite some time. I WNBA; I don't wear makeup applied with a trowel but I do wear foundation/blusher/highlighter/brow definer/mascara/eyeliner every day and I just found this couldn't really cope with the makeup. I've just gone through 3 or 4 cotton wool pads and still couldn't get all the mascara off. I dislike using cotton pad based cleansers anyway due to the waste, and I seem to spend a lot more time scrubbing my face than if I use a hot cloth cleanser. Next I'm on to simple eye makeup remover and body shop vitamin e cleanser mini. I want to work my way through the cotton pad cleansers and move back to my beloved LE HCC.
The BS body lotion was fine; quite strongly scented, and whilst I do like neroli jasmin OH was not happy with the strongly scented body lotion before bed, something about asthma and me trying to kill him :rotfl::rotfl: The body lotion was normal and still occasionally left me greasy. WIBA? Maybe, but only small bottles in different scents, I don't think I could go through a large bottle of the neroli jasmin lotion. Next up is Champneys spa indulgence thai royale body cream 50ml (mini's take up so much less space on bed side table, and make me feel like a giant)

Finally get to move in to my flat this weekend so will be able to have a good inventory done of my stuff. I've not had any ins or outs anyways unfortunately. Well done to those with the will power to refuse those tempting offers recently. Some of them are things I would have gone for if I had known!May Grocery Challenge : 64.81 so far

Ladies, this moving house is AWFUL! I'm never moving, ever again!
Right, I have one UU: TBS Almond Hand Cream. WIBA? At the £5 I got it at, yes, but there's no way I'm paying £10 for hand cream! Having said that, it's lovely and smells gorgeous - like Bakewell tarts. My only objection is why doesn't it have SPF15 in it like it's sister, the rose hand cream? (I have 2 tubes of that upstairs and although I quite like the smell - although nowhere near as much as the almond one as it is very sweet - the consistency is a little runnier than the almond cream, and not quite as suited to my hands. Please call me 'Pickle'

Just a quick UU for me: Radox Shower Refresh 2 in 1 Gel / Shampoo - this was bought at the hospital shop when I was admitted as an emergency a couple of weeks ago and had no idea what it'd be like (only one there!) and, I have to say, it was absolutely lovely
and WBA (once massive stocks of shower gel are used

Am quite excited to try the smashbox primer as I have read good things online and wanted to try it.
Smashbox primer is lovely stuff. I have normal/combination skin and can get a very oily t zone (although now I use Elemis Balancing Cleanser this does not really happen any more) and found that the primer could make my skin more oily. You only need a little bit of it which is very MSE. Beware though if you go onto buying a full size and make sure you get the newer tubes rather than the pump bottles as the pumps always stopped working for me so I lost a lot of product at the end of them. I however have moved onto Laura Geller Spackle as I prefer the texture of it to Smashbox.Spending_Vs_Saving wrote: »Now trying to use up the mamoth jar of avon moisturiser which reminds me of the smell of baby's bums after a nappy change... is that a good thing?:o
Well it is so long as it the smell is of a baby's bum AFTER the nappy change. :rotfl:HappyTorty wrote: »Finally get to move in to my flat this weekend so will be able to have a good inventory done of my stuff. Good luck with your move HappyTorty. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have a UU from yesterday as well. Origins foaming face wash. I got this from my Secret Santa last year and whilst I'm grateful to have been able to try it without me buying WNBA. At times it made my skin feel tight after rinsing (something that I do suffer with if using a foam cleanser). I now have very little Elemis cleanser left so looks like I'll have to buy some next week.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Its certainly better than smelling like one before a nappy change! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:*Slumps into thread*

I love this too but agree I wouldn't pay full price, although with TBS and their constant offers there's pretty much always a way of getting discount. In some respects this has the opposite to their desired effect for me as you know they are so frequent that you can happily ignore them and not feel like you are missing out :A
Good luck with the move - we've just moved location at work and its a total nightmare!!0
