Find out the manufacturer of the mouse, the model number (printed somewhere on it) ... and google for the manufacturer's site. Then find drivers online and download and install.

If no site, try hunting down the google listings for someone with them. gl.

I would agree if you were talking about laptops but desktops ... hmmm well you could barely build this cheaper ... and you can pretty much do repairs yourself after warranty packs in.

I had this delivered last week and have only just had time to set it up and have a play. I have to say that this is a great PC. I had a problem with the sound (some of the drivers were not loaded properly) but the technical help sorted it out in about 10 minutes. The problem of not having recovery disks is a pain, but the licence key is included so there is ways round it if they can't be supplied.

As with others, this machine was new and looked unused so not sure what reconditioned means in this case.

Maybe that's why it's cheap :rotfl:

checked my bank balance and they have taken payment, do you think this means I have to get it from them legally? also got a email saying they are processing order ready for dispatch

My available balance is down the right amount too - so they must be taking payment..

However it still doesn't mean anything legally - if it's out of stock they can just refund you.

Unless you've got the final confirmation announcing dispatch they haven't made a contract yet. Wait until tomorrow and you will know then.

They still haven't taken payment on mine, so looks like you two might be in luck. Not so good for me though.

Btw. I was hoping someone could tell me what model the graphics card is - and does it have connections for dual monitors. Also what is the motherboard too?
