Then it's highly unlikely you'd be able to drive.
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Okay what happens if you can't read ? Can you really enter into a contract if you can't do that ? Just wondering ;)
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Not at all. Cars can be modified easily to drive by disabled people, computers less so, and you may well be computer illiterate.

Unbelievable, the law according to the BPA , the appeal points and examples are ALL ones where PPC's may win ..but they do not address any of the appeal points re contract law etc where PPCs will usually lose ..POPLA .. independent ..yeah of course they are !
IGNORE PPCs IGNORE POPLA ..if you are one of the o.ooo1% then let a proper County Court decide on ALL the points of law .

Could be the registered keeper appealing the PCN though.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Its still worth using POPLA because a) its costs them £32 and b) you can ignore them if they win anyway, and force them to go to court

I think the approach would be to formulate a section regarding the illegalities of the invoice, then foreword every appeal to the PPC with it. Plus adding the specific appeal point.

Then if you go to POPLA you can use it!
