He's available on twitter and does talk to his viewers. He answers questions and is very approachable. I like him to.

Yes, He's spoken to me and hubby a few times. :)

The more I watch him, the more I secretly fancy him. :o

But I love the easy way he has with food. He really demystifies cooking and is very inspiring. Just last night, I was reading Kitchen Diaries 2 and even though I'd just eaten dinner, I wanted to start cooking again! :rotfl:

Can I just ask goes anyone have Kitchen Diaries 2 and wondered if it had any of the receipes from the last series on it Simple Cooking? I saved all the episodes on my Sky Box and then one day it deleted them all:eek:

I loved that series and yes I would also kill for that kitchen:rotfl:

    Thanks

Yes, there is actually a bit in the index that lists the recipes that were in both Simple Suppers and Simple Cooking.

How peculiar - I often muddle Nigel Slater with Alan Bennett. Mind you I could spend a very happy evening eating a Nigel Slater meal while I listened to Alan Bennett's Talking Heads!

That sounds like my idea of perfect heaven :):):)

Well, I have to admit, I am not a fan of Alan Bennett, but I do love Nigel slater ( and nigella fwiw). I love the thyme and lemon cake. I love herby flavours though, and thyme is one of my very favourtie herbs.

I love his stuff. Husband cooked his Coq au Riesling for one of our first dates and we still regularly use all his cookbooks.

And I can confirm he has tweeted me! He is going to our local cheese shop in his series soon... Cant wait! @cheesesN10
