That's what I feel about her :AThank you, I know you know how hard it can be....
It is getting harder, I felt so helpless last week when her pain was not under control. It amazes me she is still on her feet but a very determined lady who just pushes herself to the limit time and time again. She has an amazing palliative care nurse now, and she takes time to listen to my worries too. Another of life's :A

Sky News is my 'stand by' channel for when I am online and I have been keeping a close eye on the storm in US. Terrible for the people there. Have been 2 deaths I think, in New Jersey

Mum is 79, will be 80 in February if she makes it. She was diagnosed in 1992, and secondary in 2007. She is one of the lucky ones I guess, even though she refused chemo and a mastectomy when first diagnosed, whether that would have made a difference to where she is now I have no idea.
She has always taken each step of her treatment as the next battle to fight, even now is talking about how she needs a few days to get used to the higher dose of morphine she is taking, then she will feel better. She was dreadfully sick earlier, I just hope she isn't while I'm not there.0 -
