Yes it is which is why I get to facebook via safari rather than ie.

I am on windows Xp and oh said I could not have ie8 but I had a look on Microsoft and I can download it now- mustn't have been there a while ago.

Oh tried on his laptop and it went into meltdown so he had to do a system restore.

So I am still dithering about downloading ie8 - oh says it could make the main computer even slower than ever. The other problem is that the iPad is not connected to a printer and you can't have anything with a flash player on so although its far quicker than anything else it still has its drawbacks
