Thanks Ellie, I did it before but that was years ago when it was just the red and green days so its confusing me a bit but I think I've got the hang of it. Just made a huge pot of homemade chicken soup which works out free and was thinking that the first time I ever made it was when I did slimming world before. It definately worked before but I have IBS and loads of fruit and veg doesnt agree with me but fingers crossed so far I'm fine:TThats what has always put me off doing it again. It's actually making me think maybe its something else that sets me off, major panic because I've had no chocolate for 4 days so hoping thats not one of the culprits:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Can you post the recipe, please? TIA

Lots of ((hugs)) for lilyvhs01, and hope that the news is better than you expect logie

I've got a heating oil delivery sometime today so had the clear our path that leads round the back of the bungalow for access. I live in the middle of 3 bungalows, with an access path round the back, but the pathway gets very overgrown and blocked as there is a beech hedge the other side of the path. Mr 3Dogs used to keep this clear, from our house and past next door to the access along the side of his house. The only time we ever used this access is for oil deliveries, so I have never really thought about it really. So, with the delivery due today, I thought yesterday that I'd better check what the path was like   Totally overgrown, so I got my secateurs and started chopping off branches to clear enough space between our fence and the hedge so the oil guy to get past. As I got further along, I had to trim back next door's conifers too and I thought I was nearly finished as I could see a wire fence panel which I thought next door had put at the end of the path. But no, I was only 1/4 the way along his garden and he had blocked off the path with this panel. Not only that, he had put plastic sheeting over the whole garden to kill off the weeds prior to gravelling it, but had taken out his hedge/fence a tthe bottom of the garden and extended his garden right up to the beech hedge, so I had no exit along the pathway   I finished off trimming along the part of the pathway that I could get too but neighbour wasn't in to talk to about the path

I then set about trying to find the keys to the padlock on the oil tank. I looked everywhere, twice, unsuccessfully :(:( My friend Steve was texting me at the time and I said I was going to cry as I couldn't find them :o:o Tears were starting at the frustration of not being able to find them, but I decided to check again, looking for the third time on the shelves by the back door which is where I'd thought they should be .............. and bingo, there they were. They had slipped inside some gardening gloves on the shelf so I'd missed them. Relief, or what?? :j I text Steve to say that crying had worked as I'd found them now :rotfl: :rotfl:

I called round to see my neighbour later in the evening. I said that I still needed access round the back via the path, but that the oil delivery man would have to cross his garden for now, to get access to the path, once he'd moved the panel, and he said he would move the panel this morning. I hope he has as I am sitting waiting for the delivery now. I hope the delivery comes soon as I have my doctor's appointment for that cortisone injection at 1.20pm :(

It's a lovely sunny day here today - nice to see a blue, well blue'ish, sky :j
    :( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(

GP rang yesterday evening to say there is a patch showing up on the chest xray I had on Friday and he wants me to go in this morning to see him. Bit worried to be honest :( Hopefully will find out a bit more later though.
Hope all goes well with you today
