Fairclaire - was it you who was looking to get your hubby games for xmas and looking for deals?
I've just received a clubcard booklet with mocs in...all entertainment for use instore only.... theres a 3for2 on Skylanders (not including starter packs or booster packs)....and voucher for bonus 500 points when you buy Call Of Duty Black Ops with another listed game...and another voucher for bonus 500 points when you buy 2 of any listed game...which are the same as the other list...so am thinking if you buy 3 games, you'll be able to use both...ie get 1000 points
have you recieved anything similar, as mine will have to go in the recycling bin
ooo hope I get the skylander moc as well :eek:0 -
Thanks for reply
I had 12 lessons & passed first time so I guess I am worried about expecting too much of her (she is my niece), and trying to budget for a realistic scenario.
Deb I have now taken out three learners, my own two and a neice, what I would say is definitely get them a car of their own, seek out a good instructor that comes recommended and book two hour lessons at a time, (one hour is just not enough) and listen to the instuctor regarding time scale to book the test.:)The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -

Morning all
Can I ask the parents of older kids a question please
Those of you that have put their kids through driving lessons. How many should I be expecting to have to pay for to get a 17 year old girl with zero driving experience through her test?
Taking her out in my own car is difficult as it is not your normal everyday car.
Thanks for any advice in advance :-)When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
Thanks for the quick replies
The idea is to get her something small when she passes, maybe a KA or similar.
when he was 18 down to about £3900
when he hit 19 its a mere £2500
still has not bothered with it and dont even ask about the excess they impose :eek:When The Fun Stops Stop0 -
