Yes it was me.... that's her in my pic. She's doing fine thanks, if not a little chubby.
I don't overfeed her, she gets one pouch in the evenings and a few biccies in the mornings, shes just pretty lazy and likes to 'loaf'. I've used that word quite a bit since I saw it posted the other day, it did make me :rotfl: when I looked at her with her legs tucked in, sitting there like a lump of bread! :rotfl:
So glad your cat is well now, she looks gorgeous, nice and cuddly. My sadly departed cat was also chubby, like you I didn't overfeed her, and she had plenty of exercise as she was always out hunting. She lived to a good old age of 24.
Give you cat a big cuddle from me...she is beautiful..xx
Nice to have you back posting..take care..xBorn to glitch0 -

In there, I also found ready to roll marzipan (Sugarcraft or silver spoon) for 40p!! I got so excited then saw the use by date was Oct 12. I'm making 8 Xmas cakes this year and only icing them in Dec. Do you reckon i could use that? I never go on dates for myself but I put it back as I didn't want to poison others....:eek:I am not young enough to know everything.0

I would use the marzipan myself... have you checked the dates on the flour as mine is also dated October 2012?
Just noticed it was marzipan you were talking about being out of date doh! Yes I'd use it definitely Tiger, covered with "in date" icing and it will be fine. Especially with all that boozy fruit you have in the cake, no one will even notice the marzipan :rotfl:
I've got my fruit stewing away in the booze now thanks to your link. May give it a week or so soaking then get cracking with the cake. Will be better organised next year (she says).0 -
tigerwhite wrote: »yes they do but it's not advertised. Go to CS and get your £1 refund.. you should then be given a giftcard for £2 for each overcharge . Give them a nudge if they dont automatically offer it (or if you are a bit scaredy, tell them you rang A h/o and they told you the store should give you the £2 giftcard)
Thanks Tiger,
You are right I am a bit scared.:o
Do you think they will believe me if I go back tomorrow with my receipt?
Do you have the number for h/o, I think I may ring them now?0 -
Can't remember who was looking for the Elizabeth Arden make up set (was it 99p maybe?) which is back up to £45 but OOS on feelunique, there's somewhere else selling it for £38 which someone has kindly posted on the original thread (post 20)

Not as good as the £34 one but still a good price. I managed to get a cheap one last night for a pressie but seriously thinking of holding on to it for ME0 -

I didn't notice until I did a price check so I got the difference back.
I know Mr T do a DTD if marked incorrectly, but does ADSA also do something similar?I am not young enough to know everything.0
