I made my second ever thing at crochet today. I started yesterday and embellished it today. I'm kinda proud of it.....
I was given a huge bag of yarns, 2 books and a few hooks and needles yesterday off freecycle so I'm eager to try everything!!
Love the hat,I was also given some white boucle yarn, and seeing that I think I will get out my crocheting hook tonight.:TDo I need it or just want it.0 -

That's 3 months in a row that I've made it. Feeling pleased with myself.Because it's fun to have money!

I made it! I've not spent anything else on groceries since my last post, (even though I went to the huge Mr T's to get a cardigan with my double up vouchers), so I've come in at £1.03 under budget and I'm declaring at £98.97 for November.
This week we've had to use up all the bits and bobs of cereal, as I didn't buy any last week, so we have now just about got enough for tomorrow, I've even had to use the value porridge (that I usually only use for bulking out mince etc) as I ran out of the other porridge. I also used up a few things from the freezer, including the quorn mince, that I've had for ages and was due to go OOD at the end of this month, to make a savoury crumble, which did us for 2 nights meals.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Hi, not been on for a good while. I would like to declare £81.59, which is £1.59 over budget, i will settle for that, but it would be nice to come in on budget at least once. Will have to have a serious think about what to put for December. Looks like loads did good this month, well done everyone. JJ, love the hat.0
