Im going to follow this thread even though there are a couple of days left, could I be included in the December Grocery Challenge please, I planned meals for November which on the whole has gone to plan, but really want to cut down our food shop. Has anyone bought the pork loin chops, gammon steaks and bacon from Farmfoods? Hubby wants to buy these at the end of this week.

    Afternoon peeps :)

    Hope all are well.

    No spend today again. :j
Pancakes for dinner, HM courgette bake for tea (defrosting as I type).

Today is a 'clean up after a decorating binge' day so that I can then sit back and enjoy the fruits of my labours.

I dyed my red fabric footstool this morning and am chuffed to bits with it. (I also chucked in a pink body top that had a bleach stain on it ;))
It was off freecycle a few years ago and was sun faded. It almost looks new again!! Well chuffed with it!! :)

Hubby wanted a new one so that's saved us a few quid :)
Have a frugaltastic day peeps :)

Well I've definitely gone over again for November, given up on counting exactly how much over. I'm not sure I will do the GC in December as it will be a bit of a different month for us with spending time away and other things, and I can't work out how to do it. If I do figure it out then I may join in but we'll see.

    Hi everyone,

Had to buy DS2 some new school shoes yesterday as the other ones have fallen apart already  Popped into Morries opposite to get some milk etc. for work. They had lots of bakery whoopsies, so have stocked up on 4 toasting loaves, 2 packs teacakes, muffins etc. plus a lovely NCG soup rtc, winter warmer - delish.

Will only need some veg for Friday nights tea, and that is payday for us, so declaring for November at £564.24/£500

Will be reading along until 30th November - hope you all do better than me this month :)
