If you dont choose a supplier, the dno will potend you at the road. They dont need a warrant todo this, and they will also bill you for the supply at a very crap rateDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

you're not serious this is a wind up right
you complain about a service for 18 months and wonder why they don't want your business
I would dump you after one complaint
buy your power from someone else there's plenty of choice
still don't believe anyone over 16 years old is that naeiveWhen will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0 -
in a nutshell npower don't like you or want you as a customer.
to pull the fuse/terminate gas they do not need access to your house.
There are national companies that supply gas/electricity to companies that supply to the consumer. Npower do not own the grid.0 -
A company is not obliged to supply you, just a shopkeeper is not obliged to serve you if they wish not to.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Well, that's a nice, helpful and welcoming reply for a newbie user - thanks Jethro.
I don't understand why people bother to reply to a thread, when they clearly don't have anything useful or knowledgeable to add, and then act like a troll. I suppose I need to get used to dealing with people like this....
Fab grammar by the way Jethro.. that was a wind-up right? Or perhaps written by someone that hasn't finished school yet.0 -

I honestly dont think you are seriously questioning why a company wants to stop dealing with a serial complainantFab grammar by the way Jethro.. that was a wind-up right? Or perhaps written by someone that hasn't finished school yet.
You have no argument for my reply so go for my grammar - perhaps it will weaken the credibility of my answer
