£7 at my nearest one, £12 if it's 3D you're going to see!

An old status from Failbook comes to mind...

"Just been told that my local Cinema was burgled last night. The robbers got away with £400+ worth of stock from the concession stand.

Police have confirmed that a pack of Minstrels and a bag of popcorn are missing..."

We are just back and it cost £23.10 for 2 adults and 1 child!
£8.70 each for us and £5.70 for wee one. Couldn't believe it! Then by the time you add on your goodies and petrol, a 90 minute film has cost you just shy of £50.
Think I'll wait for the dvd next time.

£7.50 for my last "standard movie" (American Pie: Reunion) & £10.30 to see Avengers in 3D (plus £2 to look like a twerp with the glasses)

It's about £11 in my local cinema and that's for the non-premium seats. I rarely go now and have a DVD/online rental subscription.
