I received 2 of mine from my 24 deal. I am very happy with what I got.

Really pleased to hear where offers have been honoured as were expected. Not sure if more recent deals have been treat more favourably than the older offers. On the plus side some of us have at least had a delivery.

Sorry I am not giving them till Friday. I have been more than flexible . Delivery was by end of first week December . I have spoken to them twice. Last week they told me I would have delivery today. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I needed mine for tomorrow . I am going to contact my bank tomorrow and start ball rolling to have my money refunded if they refuse it tomorrow. Why do I want hampers at the end of the week beginning of next when I have had to go out and but presents to replace hampers. Sorry not good enough. I entered into an agreement which they have not honoured therefore I should have my money refunded.

When I ordered my 3+3 Christmas, cheese and galaxy hampers all the correspondence stated the goods would be posted in the 1st wk of dec. I emailed Neil this evening at 18:16 and had a response at 18:20 saying they will be posted tomorrow. So to be fair theyre only 3 days late.

Had my three and three free Xmas, galaxy and cheese which were as advertised. Also had six from the 12 and 12 deal which were two retro sweets a thorntons a cadburys hampers and two random hampers with stuff in. Not quite what I was expecting but hwt ho overall pleased

The date of arrival is the important date here.
Even if mine is posted tomorrow (and other people have had their's last week) I won't get the delivery till Thursday or Friday.

That is a week later than advertised.

My Ltd edition selection arrived today, ordered on 19th Oct.

I haven't received my 2 orders that I made on 6th Oct though, so I guess they are dealing with order types, rather than individual customer orders. I was expecting all mine to arrive together.

Haven't had time to have a proper look at the stuff that arrived, as they came just before I had to go out to collect the kids, so they've been shoved in a cupboard until tomorrow. I'll report back in detail when I get the chance.

It was Limited edition one I am waiting on that Tracyjjo got yesterday. the one with the no of the hamper on it. think t was limited to 50 . Away to call them to see if mine was posted as well. I did say to them last week if it was Citylink rather than Tuesday next day delivery It would be Wednesday as they are rubbish up here!
Spoke to them and it was sent Monday so it is in the hands of the courier !
