Yes that's right EVERYONE got 24 hampers... what a ridiculous thing to say. If you refuse to see the problem here I think there is very little point in explaining again.

Thanks, I've reported them too. Obviously either a troll or one of Neil's faithful misguided lapdogs. If they don't get kicked off the site, which I'd imagine is quite likely now given the swift fate of USAGuy, I'd suggest just hitting the 'ignore' button - let it speak untruths to itself, no one else will be listening.

I've reported this thread and hope it gets closed as nothing constructive is being said and just opens my eyes how nasty people can be whether they mean to or not.

I wish every one a 'Happy New Year' and fingers crossed everyone will get their refunds that want them and rest of them get the rest of their deals.

Those that want to gamble on getting the goods, then that's their choice and if they are unlucky later on, then they've carried on with the knowledge of how this company performs (or doesn't) - not a risk I would take, not even with a "safety net".

Kate, thats very sad - if you don't like it, then stay away from it. You have your hampers and are happy. Move on. Many many people have been ripped off, insulted and ignored by this appalling company. They are entitled to post - and vent - it is a public forum.

And many more potential '[STRIKE]victims[/STRIKE]' customers may have their eyes opened by reading what a nightmare it has been for so many of us. If it prevents only 1 more person from being ripped off like so many, then bravo.

i asked for 2, 1 galaxy and 1 cadburys
i then phoned up to change it to 2 christmas and the chac in jan but he sent me all 4 on december 15th

That's funny because I can't believe how you write either. Poor spelling and grammar and a distinct lack of punctuation. It makes it very difficult to know what the heck you're going on about half the time.
