I can't believe how you write yes I am new to mse have you got nothing else to do but to check everything, once again yes I am happy
with NHC and I wish them all the success in their new premises in the New Year good luck Neil Just a warning to all MSE he probably will not do such good deals again for you, you realise the one a month was suppose to be one a month not all in one go it was only down to Neil's word of him allowing them altogether so you may have problems getting refunds as it said on the website one a month x Support the company and stop back stabbing it that way they will stay open and jobs will not be lost x

Do you really think anyone in their right mind would even want to order from this company ever again? Oh look there's a flying pig, oh gosh is that a NHC hamper its carrying?

they must have inside info about the deal going on longer.

This is the deal that I ordered, back when the expiry date said 5th December. Delivery of the first 2 will be end of January, hopefully.

It's confusing having both dates on the page. I assume they've extended it but forgotten to take the other date off.

I cannot believe that even now while there are people without hampers or a refund someone is promoting the company. 'worth a try' seriously?

Past, wanna buy some Comet shares I've heard that is a great company and I am sure they will do just as well as The Norfolk hamper company.

  • Newbie I doubt it was greed o. The customers side.

More greed on Neil's side, why did he agree to do it for the 12 + 12 customers? Why did he continue to take orders he could not manage? Why take money and not deliver on time? Why ignore his customers? You seem to be skirting all those issues, perhaps yoy are connected? Who knows.

I very much doubt the ratio is 5 happy customers to every 1 unhappy one, that's fiction in your mind, by all means I hope you are not owed hampers and that you remain a faithful customer, probably one of a handful.

I'm not promoting the company. I had my 2 deals on time, but if the company goes under I suppose I'll have lost out on this 6-month deal. I've had no reply to my email.

I hope everyone gets their refunds soon, but on a purely selfish note I also hope the company survives so I can get my 6-month deal :o

more likely the other way round 5 good to 1 bad

i know this is mse but
if some msers were not so greedy and wanting all 24 from the 12+12 for christmas maybe just maybe we wouldnt be here now

I ordered in AUGUST. September's were okay. October's were late and missing items which were promised the next month. Neil put a note in the box saying that November and December's hampers would come together in late November/early December. Hampers arrived late with items missing and poor substitutes.

So he was f&£?ing it up long before he took any orders for Christmas!!

.......Just a warning to all MSE he probably will not do such good deals again for you, .....

I ordered the 3x3 on 6th October.I did get the hampers from the Norfolk Hamper Company, but they arrived late, incomplete and with unsatisfactory and underweight substitutions. That is not a 'good' deal!

........ Support the company and stop back stabbing......
"Back stabbing" = The action or practice of criticizing someone in a treacherous manner while feigning friendship.
I am NOT feigning friendship, I am expecting a response to my complaint about my late, incomplete hampers - to date none has been made.

........ that way they will stay open and jobs will not be lost ....
Surely that is down to the Norfolk Hamper Company's failure to supply the contracted goods and services?......

    .
