thanks that is what I am hoping. For the people getting refunds were any of yours through PayPal and if so once the date for contact had passed how long was it until PayPal started doing something and/or you got a refund please?

My Paypal review date is 3 Jan, so I have a bit longer to wait yet. Hope yours comes through tomorrow. I read on here earlier someone did get a Paypal refund today.

People have to be out their mind to buy from this company after this shambles.

Glad your happy with your hampers, but sadly for neil, every 1 happy customer he has 5 unhappy ones, he Will have to work damn hard to rescue any reputation he may have left, it Will take more than yourself to remedy that I'm afraid.

i know this is mse but
if some msers were not so greedy and wanting all 24 from the 12+12 for christmas maybe just maybe we wouldnt be here now

This is a business who has ripped off and spoilt many a Xmas INCLUDING housebound people.
I believe this person has got to be connected (check 1st ever post HERE) and have both reported the post and advise ALL to click the SPAM button.
