  • Anybody here on Twitter? I've just noticed that on the right of this page, it lists posts on MSE & Martin's Twitter. Why not Tweet MSE / Martin about this fiasco? Surely Martin & co will find it harder to ignore, when hundreds of other Twitter users can see that we have a major consumer issue which Martin really should be stepping in to address?

I think his Paypal account has been closed due to the sheer number of claims on it.
But with Paypal if you dont have enough money in your Paypal account they take the money from your bank.So i would have thought that Paypal could just do refunds that way.I dont understand why you would need to give Neil your bank details or wait for a cheque all he needs to do is action the refunds and then they would be instant job done. You have to ask yourself why would Neil make more work for himself and continue to upset people.

Also this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4360963 might be worth posting on to bring to Martins attention

Like I said, I'll believe I've got the money back only when I can actually use it. To be perfectly honest, I have no idea why Neil does any of the things he does. It's a complete bloody mystery to me how anyone could run a business in the manner he does. A 12 year old kid with a laptop could have come up with a better business plan.

Not nice that my profile is being looked at and posts that I have previously made are now being looked at and displayed on here.
There is a relatively simple solution to that scenario. Try not to post messages that might just backfire in your face. This is an open forum and as such any posts you have created are available to scrutinise, clarify and comment on. Whether or not you like the idea.:D

Still there are people who are defending someone who is either incompetent and not fit to run a business or very very clever at getting people to part with their hard earned money with no intention of supplying goods.

Thank you. i would just like to say for the record no police or anyone else has contacted me with regards to this thread. Why would they i was just speaking my mind that is what this forum is all about be it good or bad.
I really would not worry yourself over idle threats. Nothing will come of them, on here these type of threats go no further than that.

No court in the land will look into it, not least that you have already backed yourself up with enough ammunition from his Twitter posts that would certainly not go well in his favour of this imaginary courtroom he has rattling around his empty skull. Fear not, he is an all texts and no action kind of nobody. ;)

But he was on twitter telling people to go on to MSE to promote hes hampers even at one point saying the more hampers he sells the more discount he can give.So he can not now blame people on this forum for getting upset because its is all hes fault. To stop all of this all he needs to do now is give everyone back the money they are owed then i am sure this thread will die down. and people can get back to normal and put this behind them. The balls in your court Neil and stop playing the victim.
