LOL:rotfl:
Yes don't be silly, that would be really unprofessional!!0 -

Goodness knows, I was in dire straits financially.., so its come in just when it was needed.
I hope others on here try the same thing but allow for the New Year Bank holidays. I did post on here saying what I was doing yesterday and the day before. I hope others have tried the same thing.
Like others, not getting the hampers created problems, but nothing can be done about that now. Can't rewrite the past. Getting a refund was the best possible outcome. I didn't compliment him, I was straight talking (remembering some comments on here) and he does seem to be doing what he can NOW.
I'd try what I've done before Court Action LBA etc. Its a lot easier on the brain lol.
thank you for letting us all know but I am still not understanding how you are even getting a reply let alone a refund. I have sent numerous emails and cancelled my order and did my paypal claim the second I realised I was getting nowhere and tomorrow is their limit for replying via PayPal. So why can I not get a response and a refund as I do not see how I have not done something that you have done?:(

Still not received my 3+3 hamper deal, personal email or refund.
Have in Paypal claims for this & 12 month deal for which I was delivered a Just Add Cheese & not a Christmas themed hamper as expected.
When I am refunded I want it via my Paypal account as this was how I paid & I always thought refunds had to done in the way the original payment was made.
I don't want a cheque - They take time to clear & can bounce.
As to giving him my personal bank account details!!! Why would I want to do that? I would only give these to someone I trusted not someone who has tried to cheat me and many other people.
Ok he's had problems but don't we all have problems of some type? It's called life. BUT most of us try to get things sorted & don't end up on a site like MSE being slagged off for our incompetence etc.
Sorry for the rant but this is nothing to what I would say if I every came face to face with Neil.0 -

I think his Paypal account has been closed due to the sheer number of claims on it.0 -
There was a post earlier mentioning that the posh pops were out of date nov 12 I have had several its not too clear but they all are Nov 13 double check before making fools of yourself I didn't think they would send anything out of date.
I think people will find it difficult to believe someone who has made 25 posts, 18 of which are defending this shambolic company.0 -
Just wanted to point something out re cheques. In a standard current account your bank will say clearance approx 5 working days, however, you may find that the funds are available to withdraw after approx 3 days. Even if this happens the cheque can still bounce on day 5-6, so please make sure you give the full clearance time24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0

What's nasty about it?There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0 -
If you click on a username you can see the posting history for that person - total number of posts and the threads commented on, with times and dates.
It gives you a factual picture of that person's involvement in MSE - interests and activity, this thread included.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

The account cannot be closed by either PayPal or the seller whilst there are outstanding issues.
With PayPal the seller does not need to have money in their account, or even access to it for PayPal to force the refund. If PayPal find for the buyer then a refund will be made and monies taken from the sellers account. If that causes a negative balance then the problem is left with PayPal and they use some rathe run pleasant debt collectors .
However, that assumes a successfulpaypal claim. What can't happen with a restricted account with no balance Is for the seller to make a voluntary refund. To do that he would need to upload funds from a bank account, wait for them to clear and then refund.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
